Year 4 Teacher Your new company You will be working in a large, three-form entry school in south Birmingham. The staff at this school are enthusiastic and create a caring and friendly place for learning. Your new role This full-time teaching position requires you to work in a lovely Year 4 class. You must be a committed and enthusiastic, experienced teacher or ECT who is willing to work closely with other members of staff in your group yearly. There is an expectation to be willing to plan collaboratively with the other year group teachers. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be available to start work as soon as possible. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with pupils, staff, parents and carers. You must have a good understanding of the National Curriculum and be able to adapt planning to suit the needs of your class. In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references. What you’ll get in return You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience. You will accrue holiday pay with the option to take it at any point of the year. You will receive free, up-to-date safeguarding training. You will also have a consultant available to you who will support you throughout your role.
