Year 3 Teaching Job, Skelmersdale Area, September – December Contract Position Your new company Hays has been approached by a local school in the Skelmersdale area who are seeking to appoint a Year 3 teacher to start in September until December. The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher that sets high expectations for their pupils and has a proven track record of good teaching. This school is seeking applications from both experienced and newly qualified candidates. Your new role In this job role you will be taking on full responsibilities as class teacher and this will include planning and delivering lessons as well as marking work and tracking pupil progress. You will have the support of a Teaching Assistant in the classroom who will be providing extra support where needed for pupils who may be struggling. This school is looking for a confident teacher who can come in and make a lasting impact on this class. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills. Experience in KS2 would be desirable but not essential and NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply for the role.
