Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Working Foreman located in Farnham, with flexibility for some remote work. The Working Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction sites, overseeing equipment operations, communicating with team members and clients, performing electrical and maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills and experience
- Experience operating and maintaining equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in electrical engineering and maintenance at a hands on level
- Experience with control & automation and instrumentation is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience working in construction industry is preferred
- Relevant certifications and licenses are necessary. e.g. ECS card certification.
- C&G 2391 is good. BS7671 18th Edition is a requirement.
- I would like some experience of health and safety. We can enhance with internal training but I don’t want to start with a blank sheet of paper.
