Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our industrial pump product portfolio and services.
Engage with clients to identify their technical requirements and propose appropriate pump solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations related to industrial pumps.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and bids.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industrial pump sector.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance for industrial pumps.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our pump products.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably with industrial pumps.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex pump systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
