Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
This student position will provide support to the Customer Service Team in Brazil in a great variety of tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contact and respond inquires of internal and external clients.
- Support Customer Services group with a variety of projects.
- Analyze, maintain and monitor reports.
What We Are Looking For:
- Pursuing the second or third grade of a bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, International Relations or related field.
- Advanced English required (both spoken and written).
- Proficient with MS Office, especially with Excel
- Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
- Customer Service and detail-oriented mind set.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
