Sous Chef Requirements:
3 years of kitchen experience
Currently in a Junior Sous or Chef de Partie position, eager to advance
Willingness to cover holidays, ensuring seamless kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team
Creativity to contribute to our weekly specials and innovate our menus
Availability for a 4-day workweek, Wednesday to Saturday
Starting salary of £25,000, with potential for growth based on experience, plus a share of tips
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef
Manage stock ordering and control, ensuring freshness and efficiency
Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards to the highest degree
