Job Description: We are looking for a skilled ShutteringCarpenter for a number of projects in Berkshire and Oxfordshire
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter with a portfolio of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and an understanding of carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
Relevant vocational training or completed apprenticeship as a carpenter.
Valid CSCS card.
Duties include
Setting out the work area, following engineering plans.
Using hand and power tools to cut plywood, wood and assemble shutters/boxes and panels using screws.
Reading of drawings/projects/plans in English and independent work are mandatory.
Constructing formwork based on project specifications and blueprints.
Assisting in the pouring and placement of concrete into the formwork.
Dismantling the formwork carefully to avoid damaging the concrete structure.
Must hold a valid Blue CSCS card, NVQ Level 3 and have own tools.
