What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the de-packaging process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Manage and support Plant Operators and Technicians, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Perform regular checks, maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Lead safety meetings and training, championing a culture of safety and awareness.

What we want from you:
- Experience in waste processing, ideally with supervisory experience in food waste or anaerobic digestion.
