Key Accountabilities:
- Taking individual ownership throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leading and overseeing other developers, ensuring team adherence to design principles and the ServiceNow roadmap within the overarching platform governance.
- Providing subject matter expertise for architectural and technical design activities whenever ServiceNow is integral to an end-to-end solution.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop solutions, showcase functionality, and adapt future developments based on agile feedback methodologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong portfolio of real-life project implementations
- Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in some Web Technologies such as (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, CSS etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
