Job Title: Senior M&E Project Manager Location: ChorleySalary: £50-65kWe are recruiting for a Senior M&E Project Manager to join a leading sustainability and construction company in Chorley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fast-paced and growing business.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering M&E projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards and within budget.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee the design, installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment* Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish* Develop and manage a project budget and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget* Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders* Monitor and report on progress of the project* Ensure safety regulations are adhered to* Develop and implement project plans and schedules* Provide technical guidance and support to staffTechnical Skills Required:* Proven experience in M&E project management* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proficient in the use of MS Office packages* Ability to work to tight deadlinesIf you are interested in this role and meet the requirements, please apply now for immediate consideration and interview.
