iO Associates are partnered with ClearMotion, a business designing and developing a ground-breaking fully active suspension system for use within the automotive industry. These guys are truly in a great position when it comes to scaling up their business and becoming an industry standard over the coming years.
Looking to onboard a Senior HiL Engineer to join their team at the site in Nuneaton, on MIRA.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of the HiL rig to ensure robust system requirements verification.
- Perform both manual and automated testing on the rig according to the engineering test plan.
- Create and take ownership of test specifications, their test cases, test reports and raise issues with requirements or software defects.
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with engineers from different teams across varying experience levels.
Key skills & experience:
- 5+ years of HIL testing experience
- Knowledge of CAN and Flexray bus communication
- Proficient with Vector tools – CANape, CANalyzer etc..
- Proficient with HiL rig tools and test automation – dSPACE Tools, Python
- Good experience with NI tools – Veristand, Teststand, Labview
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
