Our client who are a small, friendly well-established manufacturing business, with a family feel, based in Cirencester, have an exciting opportunity for Sales Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a great time to join a company who have exciting growth plans.

The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to own the sales administration process and work closely with sales, marketing and the production team to ensure that the excellent people focused service is maintained at a high standard. There is an opportunity to grow your role as the business grows too!

Responsibilities:
– Handle all customer enquiries via the telephone wherever possible
-Provide and follow up on customer quotes in a timely manner
-Confirm and process sales orders
-Arrange samples and orders to be dispatched
-Coordinating with the production team to execute orders
-Maintain accurate and up to date information using CRM
-Keep customer up to date with progress and communicate any changes to eliminate issues
-Provide aftercare service

Candidate Attributes:
-Proactive and adaptable with a can do attitude
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Able to work independently following an initial training period
-Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks

Hours Monday to Thursday 8am 4.30pm, Friday – 8am to 4pm

Salary Up to £24,000 depending on experience + free onsite parking + staff incentives and recognition
