Overview
RF Test Engineer – Bristol £30,000 – £40,000 pa
I’m working with an Electronics Manufacturer company which specialises in Designing and manufacturing RF electronic solutions, typically used for Aerospace and Commercial applications. They are looking for an experienced RF Test Engineer ideally with at least 3-5 years’ experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate RF analysis equipment including scalar, vector, spectrum & power analysers.
- Align amplifier parameters by adjustment of microstrip tuning elements.
- Fault find analog & RF circuits to component level.
- Interface with the Engineering team in product design environment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- HNC (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering
- RF/Microwave Test and Tuning
- Experience working in a product-based electronics manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of Electronic components
- Conversant with Electrical circuit diagrams
Nice to have’s/non-essentials:
- Understanding of the principles of working within ISO9001 manufacturing disciplines
