Returns Administrator

We are looking for a detail orientated Administrator to join our close knit team. If you are an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, with basic IT skills and experience of working in an administration role then this role is one for you.
 
BASIC SALARY: £18,000 – £22,000 dependent on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION: Returns Administrator / Administrator
 
We are on the hunt for an experienced Administrator to join our Customer Service team. The role entails processing orders and returns, liaising with the factory and customers, dealing with telephone and email enquiries and data entry on to our bespoke data entry system. As a small close-knit team, at times it requires 'all hands on deck', and so this may mean carrying out other ad-hoc duties. A meticulous attention to deal is paramount to ensure accuracy. Full on the job training will be provided.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Returns Administrator / Administrator 
 
· Admin – you will be expected to monitor the email inbox which is used for queries and also take telephone calls from customers.
· Data entry – receiving returns and entering the adaptations in to our bespoke system, which correlates with NHS coding. Quite often, the adaptations which are needed are handwritten notes, therefore you will need to be able to decipher challenging handwriting!
· Returns and orders – managing, on average, 20-30 returns a day and chasing orders to keep things moving so customers get their orders on time.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Returns Administrator / Administrator
 
To be successful in our Returns Administrator role you will need to be a real team player, someone who has a can do attitude and is motivated to learn quickly as well as:
· Have previous administrative experience with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
· Have IT skills or experience
· Any experience in a returns department would be great, but not essential
