The Opportunity
My client is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join their dynamic and friendly team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions from start finish.
Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases and re-mortgages. Ensuring files are managed in a timely and efficient manner, providing clients with high-quality legal advice and guidance throughout the transaction process. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals as required

Requirements
- 2+ PQE preferred
- Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using case management systems
