Receptionist / Administrator
Do you have reception and administration experience? Do you have experience of all round administration?
Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
As Receptionist / Administrator, you will:-
* Work on a busy reception desk
* Meet and greet visitors
* Answering switchboard and dealing with overflow calls
* Dealing with facilities
* Manage meeting room bookings
* Postal duties
* Stationery ordering
* Arranging refreshments
* Run errands for the business (own transport required)
* Travel arranging including flights, hotels, etc
* Assisting Business Manager with ad-hoc supporting administrative duties.
To be considered for the role of Receptionist / Administrator, you will have:-
* Previous experience of working on a busy reception desk
* Customer facing skills and experience
* You will have excellent communication skills
* Will be well presented
* Highly organised.
* Immediately available to commence employment.
* Own transport and full driving licence.
