About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Receptionist to join our team in Crownhill, Milton Keynes. As the Receptionist, you will undertake reception duties and provide a high level of administrative support to the Global Facilities Manager and wider Corporate Support Office function, as required.

The Receptionist will be responsible for.

  • Operating the switchboard for the UK and US, which will include transferring telephone calls, taking messages, and directing them to the relevant employee, as required.
  • Greeting all visitors and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Maintaining and replenishing office supplies for the UK office.
  • Managing the barrier entry to the car park, and door entry to the building, including registering vehicle number plates with our IT partner.
  • Supporting the team with company events, including providing logistical support and preparation of meeting rooms and ordering of catering.
  • Monitoring the Facilities inbox and responding accordingly.
  • Completing weekly fire alarm testing and attending Health and Safety meetings.
  • Providing administrative and general support to Chief Executive Assistant and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Regulations for the UK office.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications…

We seek someone with outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Prior experience of successfully working a similar role within a professional and commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of facilities management and UK health and safety regulations would be highly beneficial.
  • The ability to establish and develop positive relationships internally and with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Intermediate user of MS Office.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes without assistance.

The position requires full-time presence at our offices in Crownhill, Milton Keynes, five days a week. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break each day.
