You will be reporting directly into the Senior Project Manager.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Degree qualified Quantity SurveyorIdeally experience & competent in the use of P22 NEC Contract Administration, processes & proceduresPrevious recent exposure to P22 / HealthCare ProjectsRunning of own projects with Lead Commercial & self-sufficient responsibilitiesHealthcare experienceNEC3 experiemceStrong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.For more information on this role, please contact Arun Sandhu at Randstad.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
