Project Administrator, £12.10ph, Cambridge University
I am currently looking for an experienced Project Administration Assistant to join my client within one of the university medical departments.
As the Project Administrator you will join a very important team administering and studying COVID-19 samples.
You will be expected to assist the study teams in ensuring the smooth running of the studies on a day-to-day basis ensuring that all deadlines are met. As the Administrator you will be the first point of contact for any participants, ensuring that all study documents and database are kept up to date; posting out materials (e.g. nasal swabs) to participants; performing audits to ensure quality of data and compliance with study protocols; resolving data queries; and more general administrative tasks including arranging and preparing documents for meetings, updating the study website and organising study events.
This would suit a candidate from the events or medical projects background. You must have excellent attention to detail, great timekeeping and an ability to work as part of a team in order to ensure the project is carried out in a detailed manner on time.
This role comes with a great hourly salary of £12.10ph, and is based on an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended.
