This role as a Payroll Assistant will support the Manager and team in all aspects of Payroll administration, perfect for an individual looking for a varied and interesting role.
Check payroll transactions, including pre and post payroll checks, and complete the monthly post payroll tasks.
Liaise with external payroll provider to ensure the efficient operation and administration of the monthly payrolls and annual pay awards.
Ensure appropriate records and audit trails are in place to evidence approval for payroll transactions
Provide advice and guidance on payroll related matters and resolve all queries
New starter administration
Assisting with management information and reports
Maintenance of the HR & Payroll records, ensuring all is updated
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role, be an excellent team player and a confident communicator.
