Join us as a Parts Supervisor – on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.
As a Parts Supervisor, you will be involved with the day-to-day management of the Department along with the Aftersales Leader
What does the role of the Parts Supervisor involve?
- Provide excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
- Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
- Use Manufacturer’s Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers’ needs
- Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query
What do you need to succeed as a Parts Supervisor?
- Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face
- Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts
- Attention to detail and being a champion of continuous improvement
- People-focused and an inspirational team player
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packages
