·        32 – 40 hours per week

·        Permanent Contract

·        c£40+k per annum (pro rata for part time)

·        Based, Lenwade

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Marketing and Communications professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to help achieve Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure’s & PrimEvil’s key objectives.

Managing a significant marketing budget, you will oversee the delivery of highly engaging, integrated multi-media campaigns that enhance perception of the Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure brand and deliver growth.

It is an exciting time to join the company with much investment and new attractions opening within one of Norfolk’s most visited day visitor attractions. Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure won Best Large Visitor Attraction in the 2018 EDP & EADT Norfolk & Suffolk Tourism Awards.

As the Head of Marketing & Communications you will have proven senior managerial experience as this opportunity will be leading and motivating a team on a daily basis.

Our ideal candidate will have significant communications and marketing experience, ideally in an “in-house” leadership role with substantial experience in both digital and offline marketing and PR.

You will have excellent people skills, the confidence to innovate and a successful track record of delivering high quality marketing and communications to engage with varied audiences. You will actively manage key campaigns throughout the year and deliver effective, insightful evaluation of our marketing & communications activity.

Essential Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role

·        10 Years’ experience in marketing and PR

·        Exceptional organisational skills.

·        Good writing skills

·        Experience managing a budget

·        Detailed knowledge and understanding of social media.

·        Team player.

·        Sociable and outgoing yet professional in speaking with guests, colleagues, media.

·        Knowledge of current computer applications is essential, including Microsoft Office & Excel

Due to the nature of our businesses you will be required to work occasional Bank Holidays and weekends and evenings throughout PrimEvil.
