Mobile Fabric Engineer

Job Summary:
Hours- 8am-5pm (onsite)
Reactive maintenance works
Must be confident in the use of email software and use of CAFM applications as jobs are received via smartphone using Clik software (training will be provided)
Knowledge of Health & Safety and completing Dynamic Risk Assessments onsite.
Need to be highly self-motivated, confident at lone working.
Good communication skills are paramount as you will be dealing directly with the client on a daily basis.
Skills favourable for this position:
Carpentry
Basic Plumbing (changing toilet cisterns, siphons, taps etc)
Painting/decorating
Tiling (walls and floors)- this will be mainly small patch repairs.
General groundworks (concreting, manhole cover replacement etc)
Pointing and brick repairs
Some works require the use of access equipment so current IPAF and or PASMA certification would be an advantage but not essential.

A full UK driving License is essential (minimal points acceptable).
CSCS skills card in related trade

van + tools
