I am currently seeking to hire a mechanical maintenance engineer for a building services FM provider based in one of their flagship high-rise trophy buildings in London.

Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering
Building services maintenance experience in large commercial setting (high-rise offices, hospitals, or critical environments)
Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on high pressure pump systems
Mechanical Authorised Person (AP) – (Desirable)
