Full-time term time only Maths Teaching Assistant role | Long term contract until July 2025
Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS
Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
Experience working with children ideally tutoring is desirable
First-Class or 2:1 Maths related degree from a top 20 UK University
Maths Teaching Assistant | Job Role
Work 1:1 and in small groups solving knowledge gaps and simplifying complex concepts
Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Maths lessons and ensure all students grasp challenging mathematical concepts.
Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback to the teacher and identifying any additional areas where support may be needed.
Prepare students for exams with focused revision, problem-solving strategies, and confidence-building activities
