The Role:
* Develop and deliver an engaging Maths curriculum for KS3/4 students.
* Teach GCSE Maths creatively, inspiring even reluctant learners.
* Plan and teach interactive lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities, including students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create high-quality resources.
* Use data to inform lesson planning and deliver regular feedback to students.
* Be a role model, mentoring students and supporting their overall wellbeing.
About You:
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 3/4 Maths.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the GCSE curriculum.
* A passion for creating engaging lessons and improving student outcomes.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to direct classroom support staff.
