Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work with their very well-established client based in Northamptonshire.

Our client takes great pride in providing the highest service offering market-leading value for money and complete transparency on fees. Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Lettings Negotiator to add to their small team and help to manage an ever-growing workload. The successful candidate will have Lettings experience and be able to demonstrate industry knowledge with a personable and professional approach.

Principle Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator position:

Conducting viewings and letting properties.
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in.
Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork
Property Listings
Deal with rent increasesPerson Specification for the Lettings Negotiator position:

Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
Outstanding communication and people skills
Local residential market knowledge and a keen interest in real estate
The capability to quickly build relationships with clients
The ability to grow the number of listings and optimise lets
Superb negotiating skillsThis is a full-time permanent Lettings Negotiator position, offering an annual salary of £18,000 with the opportunity of earning more for hitting targets and helping to develop the business.
