Salary £19k to £22k Depending on the individuals experience

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary on behalf of one our clients, this is friendly and respected firm of Solicitors based on the outskirts of the Southampton. Ideally you will need to have your own transport due to the location of our client.

You will be joining a small and friendly Wills and Probate team and will be providing support to wills and probate solicitors.

The Job Role:

* Audio typing of general correspondence relating to wills and other legal documents

* Diary management

* Organising meetings and appointments

* Drafting wills and LPAs

* Dealing with client queries in a timely manner

* Answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries

* Attending meetings with clients

* Opening and closing client files

* Filing of documents

* Supporting with any other general administrative adhoc duties

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous experience within Wills and Probate and possess excellent audio and copy typing speeds
