Lead Generator/Sales Opportunity in Plymouth, UK

This position starts as a temporary role to trial a new sales process, with the potential to become permanent if successful. Immediate start available.

Potential for permanent employment based on the success of the trial period.Your Role: As part of the Lead Generation/Sales, You will be an integral part of the Sales department. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, closing sales, and promoting a diverse range of products to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
Providing detailed product information and addressing customer queries.
Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Following up on leads and accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
