Lead Electronics Engineer
This is the ideal role for a very Senior Electronics Engineer who wants to continue in hands on technical work, take the lead on projects but is not particularly interested in man management.

They are currently looking for Lead Electronic Engineers to design complex electronic systems within a range of radio based Wireless applications including telecommunications, medical, engineering and consumer goods. Recent examples include the Hardware and Software development of a wireless healthcare telemetry system, an Aerospace radio system, a satellite communication unit and various wireless IoT developments.
In most cases, the Lead Electronics Engineer will work with one or more software or hardware engineers as part of a multidisciplinary project team. You may also participate in meetings with clients from time to time.
Lead Electronics Engineer minimum requirements
Extensive background in electronics design, analogue and digital fundamentals, degree in a relevant subject such as electronic engineering, understanding of other engineering disciplines, great communication skills and a passion for technical problems.

Understanding of wireless communications systems, RF
Software skills – Embedded C, C++, Python
FPGA or ASIC design
Regulated environments such as medical, security, safety critical
