Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £28,000
Due to ongoing success and growth, there is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team in an IT Support Engineer position. The opportunity is to work for a growing law firm in Bristol!
The Role:
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Provide best practice recommendations
- Create and update support tickets
- Maintain internal IT systems using SQL
- Handle escalated issues from 1st/2nd line Support team via ticketing system & MS Teams alerts.
- Liaise with other team members on any support issues and escalate as appropriate to the appropriate colleague.
- Liaise with key infrastructure suppliers to resolve issues as required
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience with the following:
- An understanding or support experience of Azure, SQL, or Office 365
- Be technically curious, with the ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Proactively determine areas requiring additional monitoring, upgrade or maintenance.
The Package:
Basic salary: up to £28,000
