About The Role
Gilbert Meher are working on behalf of a premium private national elderly care home provider to recruit a Home Manager for a lovely smaller residential home near Norfolk.

This home is a modern, purpose-built residential home. It has previously been rated Good by the CQC but needs some attention to return it to full compliance, so experience in turning around underperforming homes would be an advantage. The home's reputation is good and it enjoys high occupancy, regularly 90%+.

Our client is a highly thought of national provider and in addition to great benefits and development opportunities offers an attractive package including a salary of up to £50k and 25% bonus.

About You
• As Residential Home Manager you will be a senior elderly care professional with 2+ years' experience managing elderly care homes and a record of positive CQC reports. As this is a residential home a nursing qualification is not required for this position.
• Strong commercial and business acumen and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership qualities and experience guiding teams to a positive result and adding value to roles.
