Joining an experienced team of 12 you will be accountable for logging client tickets and proactively managing Client calls from key accounts within the business, offering basic technical support (full training given) whilst ensuring customer service exceeds all expectations.

This position operates on a rota'd shift basis which includes working between the hours of 7am and 8.30pm with scheduled weekend working.
