As the organisation experiences significant growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join the team. The Role: Seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to contribute to a variety of innovative and diverse structural engineering design projects. Key responsibilities include: Structural Design: Develop structural designs using materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and timber. Software Utilisation: Employ AutoCAD and structural design software to create detailed designs. Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant British Standards and Eurocodes. Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and technicians to deliver successful projects and enhance your skills. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Assist in creating structural designs for various projects. Software Proficiency: Utilise AutoCAD and other structural design software effectively. Material Expertise: Work with different materials, including concrete, steel, masonry, and timber. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to British Standards and Eurocodes. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians, contributing to team success and gaining professional experience. Client Interaction: Engage with clients as needed to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need: Educational Background: A relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Experience: Experience in a design consultancy is advantageous. Software Skills: Proficiency with structural design software and familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD. Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. IT Proficiency: Excellent IT presentation skills and proficiency with MS 365 applications. Why Join?
