We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an ICT Service Desk Analystto join us on a full time, permanent basis, based in Kings Lynn. Reporting to the ICT Service Desk Manager, you will assist the support, administration and maintenance of ICT applications and the office environment on a day to day basis, working to ensure that a high quality excellent end user experience is delivered to all staff and other stakeholders throughout the organisation.

You will provide ICT advice and assistance to staff at all levels throughout the organisation.

Main duties will include

providing first line ICT service desk support to internal customers including receiving, logging, categorising, prioritising, assigning and resolving issues.
keeping customers informed of service desk requests progress and checking for clarity through to satisfactory completion.
providing general advice and guidance as required.
producing performance reports, procuring hardware on a rolling programme and adhoc basis, planning equipment maintenance and supporting end user inductions and training.
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths, English & ICT, you will have experience of providing a similar customer support service with a good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems inc Windows 10 and knowledge of desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone technologies.

You will be required to travel to and work at all locations where corporate ICT being used as required. There may be occasional late nights or weekends as required to ensure seamless running of the organisation’s ICT infrastructure and office facilities including security emergencies.
