In this role you will complete various finance administrative tasks to include, generating invoices and account statements, investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries. You will assist in general financial management. You'll follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments and once payments are received, you'll apply to customer accounts and projects accordingly. You will work as part of the Finance Team but will work closely with our Client Services and Production Teams.
What we look for in a Finance Assistant:
We are seeking someone with a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. You'll work effectively with people at all levels internally and externally. You will be a good problem solver with the ability to react to changing priorities depending on the needs of the team and the business effectively. You will need to be organised, reliable, approachable and proactive.
We are looking for someone who is AAT qualified or has recent, relevant bookkeeper experience. Strong experience with office applications, such as Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks would be desirable.
