This is a excellent opportunity to work in a varied accounts role alongside great people. You wont be pigeon holed into one area, youll work across the department helping out wheres needed. They can offer a support environment, early finish Friday, flexible hours and a quick start. It is an onsite role based in their Belfast Office What Youll get Opportunity gain exposure across accounts Gain experience in the automotive industry Up to £24,000 Training provided Early finish Friday What Youll do Handle Bank Transactions: Process and reconcile all incoming and outgoing bank transactions accurately. Manage Vehicle Funding: Coordinate and process funding requests for vehicle purchases. Oversee Purchase Orders: Create, review, and manage purchase orders with suppliers. Handle Invoice Processing: Process, verify, and record invoices from vendors and suppliers. Reconcile Supplier Statements: Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure accuracy. Perform Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, manage records, and assist with financial documentation. What Youll Need Strong in excel.
