The Role: Family Law Solicitor
As a member of the Family Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. They are looking for a confident, proactive individual with experience in a broad range of family and matrimonial law matters, including but not limited to:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial matters/proceedings following divorce and separation
- Private law Children Matters
- Pre-marital and post-marital agreements
- Cohabitation agreements, separation agreements
- In addition to handling casework, you’ll collaborate with the firms central Marketing Department to promote our firm, build client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing excellent service to existing clients
- Collaborate with Partners and Fee Earners to generate new business
- Develop and enhance the Family department
- Achieve fee income targets and agreed objectives
- Stay informed about changes in the Law and Practice within your area of expertise
- Maintain and enhance up-to-date legal skills
- Ensure financial control, including cash flow management and billing procedures
Salary £38,000- £46,000
