Hours: Part-time 5 days (flexible hours to be agreed)

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Administrator to join us and be dedicated in supporting the purchasing and administration activity for the growing Hard Services Estates team, based at our Harwell Campus, near Didcot.
The successful candidate to be accountable for
Processing the operational transactions into the Computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system and assist in the delivery of day to day supply chain function and effective planning.
Providing high quality data entry, transferring transactional data accurately from internally generated purchase orders, onto the Oracle financial system.
Updating works records with purchase order and receipt details, handling workflows to ensure invoices are released for payment on a timely manner.
Acting as first point of contact for internal and external purchasing queries.
You will need to be highly organised, with an accurate eye for detail and the ability to handle a busy workload.
Be an experienced Administrator, with dedicated commercial exposure.
Have good verbal and written communication skills, be flexible, have good social skills and able to meet deadlines
Able to prioritise your tasks successfully and demonstrate a proficient understanding of the MS Office suite.
Be computer literate, experienced in processing high volumes of data and working with spreadsheets.
