40 hours per week – anytime between 8:00AM – 22:00PM

(May include some weekends )

We have an ongoing assignment starting immediately within a large organisation based in Northampton. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their vibrant team! A fantastic opportunity for someone who is available immediately and enjoys telephone based customer service.

If you are someone who has a wealth of customer service experience within a retail capacity coupled with excellent communication and computer skills looking to make a move into the office environment OR you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain customer information by answering telephone calls, verifying information and providing relevant advice Receiving and handling high volume of customer queries via a number of different communication channels Route out-of-scope calls to appropriate resource Research required information using available resources Provide customers with products and service information Manage and resolve customer complaints

Key Competencies:

Good communication by telephone and written Attention to detail Ability to multi task Team player Ability to work shift patterns (weekends & evenings) and the flexibility to work additional hours by agreement. Punctual Listening skills Ability to work under pressure Empathetic approach towards customer resolution
