Customer Service Advisor
Adecco are proud to representing a fantastic client based in Lowestoft in their recruitment of multiple Customer Service Agents to join a department who look after all of the owners of the properties that are managed by our client. They are the largest manager of holiday rental properties in Europe and are continually growing to support the growth in UK holidays! Our client provide full training so no previous experience is necessary!
What is the role?
The role is supporting the homeowners throughout their journey, this could be anything from supporting with payments to advising on how to increase their bookings year on year in line with the current market.
The role is simply, talking to people and building relationships with the customers. You can have anything from a simple query to a more complex query where you will need to spend more time on it and navigate different systems. Our client love the queries to be solved on the first contact to make a great experience for each owner, so problem solving is key!
What do we need from you?
Great communication skills
Background in customer service of any form
Confidence in problem solving
Great IT skills
A passion for holidays is definitely advantageous
Personality is key!
What is the offer?
£18,500 per annum with an annual bonus
Working 35 hours per week, including alternate weekends
