Overview

Who we are:

Kitchen Door Workshop is an Employee Owned business located in Uckfield, which benefits from good public transport links both by rail and bus, and is within easy commuting distance of Brighton, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells and Haywards Heath. There is ample free, on-site parking and we are just a short walk from Uckfield town centre.

Our open plan offices are comfortable, bright, modern and are fully air conditioned.

Kitchen Door Workshop has a positive and friendly culture where all of our team are encouraged to achieve their full potential, not only through a programme of continuous development, but also by being given the opportunity to volunteer for local community projects.

Kitchen Door Workshop is recruiting for an additional Customer Account Manager to help us with our continued growth.

The Role:

The role of the Customer Account Manager is to manage a portfolio of retail customers throughout the buying lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to delivery of a completed order. This will include assisting with customer enquiries, matching our products to a customer’s requirements, creating quotes, and helping customers to make an informed decision.

This is an office-based role.

The Person:

You will be a dedicated and motivated person, with a passion for reaching and exceeding targets. Being able to work quickly and accurately is important, especially under pressure. You must be able to solve problems whilst maintaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues. The role would particularly suit someone with a competitive nature, looking to make their mark in sales.

A pro-active and competitive approach to work is more important to us than prior experience.

What can you expect from us?

Employee owned- for the benefit of all our staff.
