Creative Director (Global Travel Retail)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Creative Director to lead a dedicated Global Travel Retail creative team within a leading retail agency, specialising in shopper marketing and brand/retail activation. If you have strong experience in premium retail channels with an emphasis on luxury retail brands and experiential and are looking to bring your passion and knowledge for shopper marketing and retail design to a successful agency, this could be a fantastic move in your career. The role is permanent and full-time, with 2 days expected on-site at the office in Northampton.

As Creative Director (GTR), you will inspire, lead and grow the dedicated Global Travel Retail creative team of 5, who bring talents in 2D Design, Comms & Branding, 3D Visualisation CGI & VR, and creative artwork. Your team sits within the wider studio team of 30 giving you additional resource where required. You'll have a real passion for how to innovate, grow and represent GTR, keeping an eye on the future of possibilities for the channel. Your focus will be around the brand truths, and innovation in how the brand story is told, both visually and interactively, ensuring creative responses are thought provoking, on point, and engaging in ways that truly lead the way to what's possible. You will collaborate closely with New Biz Heads, Account Directors, other Creative Directors and the Strategy & Insights team to drive the purpose and vision of the challenge at hand.
You are an experienced Creative Director, an inspiration to those around you and well versed in agency life and brand experience within the retail sector. You are highly experienced in the visual delivery of both 2D and 3D aspects of brands, with strong digital awareness and an ability to drive digital engagement solutions, in Global Travel Retail or Retail environments. You are highly skilled in joining the dots with strategic marketing comms, expertly carving paths to purchase with consumer-centric thinking. You consider yourself a wordsmith, visual crafter, storyteller and influencer of ideas, reputed at innovative ideation, and original intelligent thinking. Your passion for the task at hand is clear, you are approachable, a strong communicator, able to navigate your working relationships with ease and humility at all levels within the business.
