Salary: 40k – 45k per annum DOE
Hours: 40hrs per week
Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Coventry
Do you have a passion for continuous improvement, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to make a difference? Our client is a specialist engineering company based in Coventry and is currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the continuous Improvement department and managing a diverse range of Engineering issues. This position requires a strong background in Continuous improvement and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* To commence the transformation of corporate culture in all departments and the shop-floor.
* Educate and Develop all employees into what is CI & why it is necessary and how it impacts on achieving World Class Engineering which the Company requires as its medium and long term goal.
* Work closely with and influence Global Process Owners to fully support and demonstrate expected behaviours to successfully deploy and sustain the CI agenda
* Strong technical knowledge
Required:
* Experience as a continuous improvement manager
* Proven management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* CNC Machining would be advantageous.
* Minimum HND qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
* Must be positive with a can-do attitude.
