About the Role

An excitingvacancy has arisen within our Cleaning Department for two Resort Cleaning Team Leaders (one role is an early shift pattern, one role is a late shift pattern) to deliver a consistently high level of service and support to our guestsand departments on resort. As an integralpart of the Cleaning Team you will beresponsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness throughout theexternal main guest areas and inside our entertainment venues on the resort, including the toilets. This role requires an individual who will lead by example and will demonstratecommitment to our guests and team.
Typicalworking hours: 40 hours per week either in an evening shift pattern working 3pm – 12am shifts on a five days over seven basis, or 40 hours on an early shift pattern working 6am – 3pm on a five days over seven basis, both dependant on break type. 

About You
You should have previous experience of leading ateam of people, be able to focus on the detail and work to a priority list. You should like to provide an environment where the team feels respected and rewardedand can communicate open and honestly with you as a leader, be attentive, adaptable and be able to think on your feet with a a hands-on attitude and excellent inter-personal skills. You should enjoy multi-tasking and demonstrate a level oforganisational skills whilst being flexible due to business needs. A passion for cleaning would be desirable but not essential as full trainingwill be given.
