Change Analyst

We are looking for a Change Analyst for a reputable  IT company based in Peterborough

Main responsibilities

Day to day administration of changes and releases, maintaining an accurate record of all related activity

Accountable for the review of Change Requests, checking for compliance against defined processes

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality of service and adherence to contractual obligations

To oversee the creation and submission of Post Implementation Reviews with appropriate follow on actions.

Identify improvement opportunities to reduce failed and unauthorised changes and attain a high level of successful completion

Daily administrative tasks to support the Change Management function

Knowledge/Experience

ITIL Foundation certified or demonstrable understanding of Service Management methodologies and best practice (preferred)

Innovative thinking, in terms of service quality and improvements within the boundaries of CDW’s limits (resource, budgetary, legal etc.)

Previously used an ITSM tool and a document repository (e.g. SharePoint)

Previous experience in contributing to key business processes

Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills

Passionate, professional, with a proactive and a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times

Confident in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels on a one-to-one and group basis

Perform to high standards whilst working under pressure and to deadlines

Good time management skills in order to fulfil workload and meet customer SLA’s

Learning Based agility

Good interpersonal skills – ability to liaise with personnel at all levels and adapt style accordingly
