Starting salary up to £19,000 per annum (pro rata) dependent on experience

Part time, 22 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our finance team to provide effective and efficient administrative support in relation to payments.

This role will assist with various exchequer activities including the undertaking of back office cash receipting duties. You will assist with debt recovery processes including telephone, letter and face to face communications, ensuring missed payments are followed up and promptly escalated.

You will take pride in delivering a helpful service and your customer service skills must be professional and helpful even in the face of demanding and testing situations.

You will be a quick learner with literacy and numeracy skills and competent IT and customer service skills; ideally supported by recognised qualifications. It is essential that the successful applicant has excellent interpersonal skills and can demonstrate an organised and motivated approach to work.
