Senior Audience Insight Manager Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about market research and audience insight but would like your work to have a more meaningful impact?
This is a unique opportunity to use your research and insight expertise within a leading charity, to develop an insight programme that will shape Alzheimer’s Society’s audience understanding – enabling us to deliver all aspects of our strategy, from fundraising to service delivery. You’ll lead a small but passionate team, in promoting the use of market research to better understand supporters.
This role is responsible for designing and delivering an impactful insight programme that produces actionable insights. It involves proactively identifying research opportunities and disseminating key insights, to stakeholders at all levels, in a way that will drive change.
Senior Audience Insight Manager Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled market research professional. You will have a wealth of experience in designing and conducting strategic market research projects. You must be comfortable with undertaking and explaining both quantitative and qualitative research, and experience of focus group moderation would be desirable.
We’re looking for someone who can lead the team to deliver cost effective research projects with the maximum impact, whilst not compromising on quality. You must be able to synthesise data from a variety of sources and be a strong communicator who is confident in presenting actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
This is an exciting opportunity and the post-holder will have the chance to shape the Society’s research and audience insight strategy as we gear up for more ambitious growth.

Position: Senior Audience Insight Manager
Location: Home Worker – England and Wales
Contract type: Fixed Term to 4th June 2021 (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £41,585 – £46,725 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) (+ London Allowance of £3,600 if applicable)
