Administrator

Are you looking for an opportunity to work afternoons only? Are you an Administrator with experience, and looking to join a Company based in Newmarket? Are you extremely organised and have great communication and IT skills? Then this is the opportunity to join a well-established Company in the heart of the town.

As the Administrator you will be

Entering orders on the system
Filing and photocopying
Speaking with clients
Processing orders
Emailing customers
Working 12.30pm to 5.30pm daily
As the Administrator you will have

Experience of working in a busy office
Good knowledge of Microsoft systems including Excel
Great organisational skills
Confident when speaking and liaising with clients
Strong written skills and good grammar
