The role:

Account Manager – Build Strong Customer Relationships & Drive Growth Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for an opportunity to develop strong customer partnerships and drive sales growth? This role offers a balance between office-based work and European travel, making it ideal for someone with experience managing European customers who enjoys both strategic planning and face-to-face interactions.

Your duties:
Identify customer needs and drive aftermarket sales by offering tailored solutions.
Meet sales, revenue, and gross margin targets for aftermarket revenue streams.
Maintain and develop customer relationships, ensuring effective forecasting, planning, and purchasing processes.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align project specifications with client requirements.
Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Engage with EMEA customers; an additional language would be beneficial.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to finalise contracts.
Assist in forecasting and strategic planning.
What do you need:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
At least five years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.
